Please forgive me if this is incorrect but it has been many years since I've attempted French.
À coeur vaillant rien d'impossible - means nothing is impossible for the willing heart. Could it be that after so many years of denial and accusations by his detractors, namely the French, that Lance Armstrong is really that good and they are really that bad?
Could it be that Lance can take almost a decade off, comeback and still roll his critics like a joint? I wonder what they are saying now as Lance is already in 2nd place and that is before the race gets into the tougher stages (the mountains) that Lance used to dominate. Now I don't want to jump the gun here because a ton can happen between now and the end of this race but the fact that the man can take off so long, come back and be in contention speaks volumes to to his makeup.
I remember hearing/reading all of the accusations coming from the detractors as Lance won tour after tour. I'm sure Lance is tested regularly for drugs just like everyone else so the question for his detractors is what if Lance wins again and he is as clean as whistle? I leave it to the French to avoir toujours la critique à la bouche - translated means to always be ready with a criticism, but boy are they gonna have a ton of crow to eat.
