• Game of the week (selected by TSD) = +2 points win or -2 points loss
• Upset Special = +3 points (your selection cannot be favored) (must pick one upset game)
• Cupcake Game = -3 points if your team loses (must pick 1 Cupcake game)
• Tie break procedure – Pick one game and give a score. Closest to the score without going over wins the tie break.

NFL Game odds for the Week

Broncos at Ravens – Boy am I glad I live near Baltimore because this is definitely a game I want to watch. Denver is a quality team but the Ravens defense will test them. Good QBs have been able to light up the Baltimore secondary even with the incredible Ed Reed. I’m not ready to place Kyle Orton in the same rare air as Brady, Rivers and Brees. TSD Pick – Ravens

Texans at Bills – For those of you that make your picks you know that Houston is a very hard team to pick because they change personalities from week to week. It is very, very hard for me to pick Houston away from home. TSD Pick – Bills

Browns at Bears (TSD cupcake game) - Chicago gets really healthy at the expense of the man-genius led Browns.  Cleveland fan, abandon all hope! TSD Pick - Bears

Seahawks at Cowboys – Looks like the Cowboys are finally getting their sea legs without TO. Seattle is better with Hasselbeck but not good enough to go into Dallas and win.  TSD Pick – Cowboys

Dolphins at Jets – Miami appeared poised to pull off the upset of the season against New Orleans until Brees and the Saints woke up. Miami appears to be playing better football but they are in New Jersey which will be rocking for the Jets. TSD Pick –Jets

49ers at Colts – The 49ers better hope for a mercy rule. The Colts are playing some really good football and Peyton Manning is a Terminator. TSD Pick – Colts (tie break score Colts 40 – 49ers 14)

Giants at Eagles – (TSD Upset Special) – The records say this is the best matchup this week but neither team is playing well. That said the Giants are slightly better than the Eagles. TSD Upset Special Pick – Giants

Rams at Lions – The blackout bowl winner is the Lions. TSD Pick – Lions

Raiders at Chargers – This could get ugly again. TSD Pick – Chargers

Jaguars at Titans – I believe Tennessee will play Vince Young and Young will be the spark that gets the first Titan win. TSD Pick - Titans

Vikings at Packers – (TSD game of the week) This is the game Brett Favre came back for. The game in Minnesota was a necessary evil but this is the game Favre wanted. Brett wants to rub salt into the wound of Green Bay Packer management by beating them at sacred Lambeau field. If the Packers have any pride in themselves they will deny Brett this victory. The Vikings are a better football team but Green Bay will man-up. TSD Pick – Packers

Panthers at Cardinals – The Panthers are stuck with Jake Delhomme who is a great guy but he is done. The Cardinals are starting to play big time football now and the win over the Giants gave them some confidence. TSD Pick – Cardinals
